Richard Tufeanu

With more than 10 years of experience in the mass media and IT, Richard Tufeanu initially worked for B1 TV, where he was network administrator for 3 years.
He had his first contact with Realitatea-Catavencu Group in 2001, when he was network administrator of Realitatea TV. He left for Eurodata to occupy the same position and came back in the Group in 2006 to take over the position of IT Manager.
In the same year, he was directly involved in the re-launch of Realitatea TV, the launch of the first business television station in Romania – The Money Channel; the launch of the news agency News In and of Romantica TV station (2007). The three movie channels Cine Star, Comedy Star and Action Star followed in 2008.
Richard Tufeanu has a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications from the Bucharest Polytechnic University.
